Intermediate Foundation
Intermediate Foundation marks the transition from graded classes into more focused ballet training. At this stage, dancers continue to build strength, control, and confidence as their technique and performance skills become more refined.
Students begin pointe work at this level, using the foundation developed through Pre-Pointe training. Some dancers may continue with Pre Pointe classes alongside this to support safe and steady progress.
This level encourages commitment and consistency as dancers move into more detailed and demanding ballet study.
